Keeks found golf in an architect's office. She was studying architecture and working somewhere the whole office talked golf, and she decided to give it a go. Her brother, a really good golfer, took her to the range, she filmed her swing, and she posted it to TikTok as Day One of Learning How to Golf.

She was nervous about it for a long time. She used to sit in her car for about 20 minutes before walking into the range, and she stayed on the range for around a year and a half before she played a course. By the time she finished her master's she had about 50,000 followers on Instagram, so she asked to put the office job off for a gap year to focus on making content. She never went back.

Since then the Scottish golfer has worked her way from a 24 handicap to 19.1, with lessons at the St Andrews Links Golf Academy since early 2025. She won her first tournament, played the BMW Championship Pro-Am in front of 20,000 people, teamed up with Rick Shiels to take on her brother, and broke 90 for the first time this year with an 87 at a pro-am in Turkey. At her club near Glasgow she moved up from the partner medals to the full members' medals, and the club made its medals mixed. The channel is at 242 videos, more than 20 million views and about 32,100 subscribers, and her most watched, 9 Holes at Sunset in Scotland, has 182,000.

Her channel is honest golf. She calls herself a "Scottish golf girl documenting the good rounds, the bad rounds and everything in between," and she means the bad ones too. Her No Talking. Just Golf. rounds are exactly that, and her Break 90 challenges take on courses like Dundonald Links and the Scottish Open course.

We featured her on October 8 for one of those, on the Castle Course at St Andrews, David McLay Kidd's course up on the cliffs. She kept it raw: the golf, the course and one target, under 90.
